Updating browser default settings
The instructions below describe how to update the default settings on your device and provide all the necessary access for our web application.
Updating browser default settings instructions
iOS Instructions
- Scan the QR code on the poster and open the Live Posters app in the browser.

In the browser navigation bar click on the “aA” button:

Browser settings menu will appear. Click on “Website Settings” button:

In the settings window, you can see which parts of your device our application needs access to. Change the settings on each of the items from "Deny" to "Ask":

Make sure that the "Ask" option is selected in all the settings and click the "Done" button:

After that, click the page reload button:
Android Instructions
Use device camera & microphone:
- On your Android device, open the Chrome app .
- Go to a site that wants to use your microphone and camera.
- When prompted, tap Allow or Block.
- Allowed sites: Sites can start to record when you're on the site. If you're using a different Chrome tab or a different app, a site can't start recording.
- Blocked sites: Some sites won't work if you block them. For example, you won't be able to join a video conference.
Change a site's camera & microphone permissions:
- On your Android device, open the Chrome app .
- To the right of the address bar, tap More Settings.
- Tap Site Settings.
- Tap Microphone or Camera.
- Tap to turn the microphone or camera on or off.
- If you see the site you want to use under Blocked, tap the site Access your microphone Allow.
