Who we are and what we do?

We are a leading store of personalized posters and paintings. We know that each person has his own story, event, or moment that he wants to engrave in his memories for a long time. We help our customers preserve memories and unforgettable moments in the form of beautiful decor for their homes, offices, or any other places.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

The average delivery time is 5-11 working days (depending on the country of delivery, the specific product, and its specifics (size, type of print, etc.)). This includes time to process the order, produce the poster (printing, framing, folding, and packaging), and shipping directly to the customer. Can I track the delivery of my order in real time?

Yes, you can track the delivery of your order in real-time. After you place the order and our specialists send the goods to your address, you will receive a tracking number of your order by mail. Just enter it on our Order Tracking page and track your delivery. I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?

We work with multiple global partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this is to speed up delivery. Don’t worry, you will get the items that you ordered.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

We provide our customers with 2 main shipping options. The basic (main) type of delivery is already included in the product price and is used by default. We also provide an expedited type of delivery. The price for this type is slightly higher than the basic and depends on the specific product and size. With expedited delivery, we prioritize your order at the stage of order placement and transfer to production. Also, orders with expedited delivery have a higher priority for shipment in our delivery center. You can choose an expedited delivery type when placing an order at the delivery stage.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we ship most of our products worldwide. We work with such large logistics companies as DPD, Fedex, DHL, and Asendia, which ensure the delivery of our products all over the world. But some products are limited in delivery, so please check the information on the product page.

Can I cancel the order?

Yes, you can cancel your order at any time. If you cancel the order after the product has been shipped to you, you must first ship it to us at our address.

Can I return an order?

Yes, you can return the order.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Can I edit my order?

Yes, if you want to change the photo or video for your poster, you can do it in the very early stages. But if your order has already been sent for printing - this, unfortunately, will not be possible. Our team works very quickly to produce and deliver your order in the shortest possible time, so if you chose the wrong photo or video, or just want to change something on the poster, write to us immediately at support@live-posters.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do everything for your convenience, so we accept all types of Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX credit and debit cards. You can also pay via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or ShopPay. And also we support PayPal payments.

How I can personalize a poster?

  1. Choose the poster you like the most.
  2. Click on the "Personalize" button.
  3. Upload your photo.
  4. Crop your photo to fit the poster size.
  5. Upload your video.
  6. Click the "Add to card" button and place your order.

How to play video on a poster?

  1. Scan the QR Code in the lower right corner of the poster with your phone's camera.
  2. Open the link that appears on the screen.
  3. You will be redirected to our web application.
  4. Provide access to the phone's camera and sensors for the application to work correctly.
  5. Point your phone's camera at the poster.
  6. Enjoy the magic!

What photo or video can I use for personalized live posters?

You can upload any photo in jpg, jpeg, png, avif, webp, bmp, heic, heif, hevc formats, with a maximum size of 50 megabytes. Accordingly, videos in the formats mov, mp4, asf, avi, 3gp, ts, and with a maximum size of 400 megabytes. But we recommend using jpg, jpeg, png for photos and mov or mp4 for videos.

How and where do you store my photos and videos? Will anyone else be able to access it?

When you upload your photos or videos, during poster personalization, we store them in an encrypted database and generate an individual barcode specifically for your poster, which stores a special encrypted key.
This key can only be decrypted by our web application, and only after the code has been scanned. So you don't have to worry about your personal data. We use the safest and latest technologies to ensure the security of your data.

How do live posters work?

Augmented reality in live video posters works with the help of a web app that reads a special encrypted code from the QR code on the poster. When you open our web app, the app recognizes the code and displays a live video on your mobile phone or tablet screen that interacts with the poster. Every time you look at the poster on your mobile phone, it comes alive. Augmented reality adds new levels of interactivity and personalization to your poster.

Which devices and operating systems support the functionality of live posters?

Our technology is unique, it works on mobile devices with iOS, Android, Windows  Phone OS, and others. You can even open our web app on your computer and scan the poster with your webcam.

This is a detailed list of compatibilities for all operating systems and web browsers:

- Firefox for Android (good, however, performance may be lower than other browsers)

Known to Not Work
- iOS in-app web views implemented with WKWebView prior to iOS 14.3 - this iOS technology do not support camera access at all and thus we’re unable to support it. Apple has rectified this issue in iOS 14.3.
- iOS in-app web views implemented with the deprecated UIWebView component - this iOS technology do not support camera access at all and thus we’re unable to support it.
- Non-Safari web browsers on iOS, including Chrome, Firefox and Brave, before iOS 14.3 - these browsers use WKWebView due to App Store restrictions and thus do not support camera access.
- Browsers without motion sensor access (e.g desktop browsers) don't support instant world tracking or attitude-based camera poses.

What if I can't scan the QR code on the poster?

Try moving your phone camera closer or further away from the poster. Try to add more light or turn on the flashlight on your phone. We also include an extra flyer with a larger QR code with each order, try scanning it.

What to do if the live video in the web application does not work?

Try several times to remove the device from the poster and point it again, add more light to the poster and in the room, move the device away from the poster, and bring it closer several times. Make sure that there is nothing around, in front of, on the side, or behind the poster that can interrupt the scanning of the image. Place the poster on a plain background (wall) and try again. Try to reload the page, delete the cache in the device's browser, and try to open the web application in an "anonymous" browser window. Check your device's internet connection and make sure you have internet access and good download speeds.

How I can fix the "Permission is Needed" screen?

If you see this screen, it means that you have not provided access to the camera and sensors for our web app on your device.

What printing technologies do you use?

We use the highest quality and newest technology, such as multicolor water-based inkjet printing, to print the highest quality picture. Also, all our posters are made of high-quality Japanese material, which ensures the durability and quality of the poster. More details about the materials from which the poster is made are described in the description of each product.

Are there any hidden costs?

No hidden costs, the product price includes standard shipping, all taxes, and fees. The price of the product is the final amount you need to pay.

We have 2 main offices. In the USA and UK. Also, our store has 17 fulfillment centers and warehouses located on five continents.
